Reset Password

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Login page.
  2. Click the "Reset Password" link under "Having trouble logging in?".
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Recover".
  4. Check your email for a password reset link and open it. The link brings you back to Target Score, signed in for the reset only.
  5. Enter your new password twice and save it. It must be 8 to 30 characters long with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number.
  6. You are signed out; sign in again with the new password.

We show the same "check your email" message whether or not an account exists for the address. If no account uses it, the email we send says so instead of carrying a reset link. A reset link that has expired shows an error on return; request a new one from the same page.

tip

In a hurry? On the Login page, "Login with email link" sends you a one-time sign-in link instead, no password needed.
