Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 28, 2025
Last Updated: October 6, 2026

Welcome to TargetScore ("TargetScore", "we", "our", or "us"). TargetScore is operated by Pasithea Group Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Pasithea Group Inc. They apply to targetscore.com, the TargetScore mobile app, the club websites we host, and our related services (together, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. If you use the Services on behalf of a club or other organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and confirm that you are allowed to do so.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. About TargetScore

TargetScore is software for running shooting sport events: entries and registration, squadding, scoring, results, club records, range bookings, waivers and club websites.

  • Athletes use TargetScore free of charge.
  • Clubs can use TargetScore on a free plan, or pay for a club plan that unlocks more features (see Section 6).

TargetScore does not organize events. Events are run by the clubs and organizations that create them (see Section 5). We do not sell or facilitate the sale of firearms, ammunition, or any related equipment. Our Services are strictly limited to software tools for event organization and scoring.

2. Your Account

  • Age. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
  • Accurate information. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Security. Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at support@targetscore.com if you think someone else has used it.
  • Signing in with another service. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook, that service's own terms also apply to the sign-in.
  • Deleting your account. You can delete your account at any time: in the mobile app under Profile → Delete account, or on the website under Profile → Danger zone. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you are the only owner of a club, you choose whether to hand the club over or delete it. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept after deletion, such as your results in past events.

3. Using the Services Responsibly

When using TargetScore, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating or managing events.
  • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the laws and range rules that apply to shooting sports where you are.
  • Not use the platform for any illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Not upload or publish content that you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit.
  • Not access other people's accounts or data without permission, interfere with or disrupt the Services, scrape them, or try to get around security measures, usage limits or plan features.

You acknowledge that participation in shooting sports carries inherent risks, and you are solely responsible for ensuring safe and lawful event practices.

4. Your Content

"Your content" is anything you or your club put into the Services: profiles and photos, entries, scores and results, event details, waivers, and club website pages.

  • You keep ownership of your content.
  • You give us permission to use it to run the Services. You grant Pasithea Group Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, display and publish your content as needed to provide the Services. This includes showing results, athlete profiles and club websites publicly, as described in the Privacy Policy. Results and records stay part of the events they belong to, so this licence continues for them after you delete your account.
  • Clubs are responsible for what they publish, including event information, results, waiver wording and club website pages. A club that connects its own domain to its website must own that domain or have the right to use it.
  • We may remove content or restrict access to it if it breaks these Terms or the law, or if we receive a valid legal complaint about it.

5. Events, Entries and Payments

  • Clubs run their events. The organizing club sets the entry fees, rules, eligibility, schedule, squadding, range bookings, waitlists and its withdrawal and refund policy, and decides whether to accept an entry. Please contact the club with questions about an event.
  • Card payments go to the club. When you pay an entry fee by card, the payment is processed by Stripe and paid into the club's own Stripe account. The club is the seller of the entry. Depending on the club's settings, a card processing fee may be added to your total; it is shown before you pay. You enter your card details with Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
  • Other payment methods, such as paying at the range or by bank transfer, are arranged directly between you and the club.
  • Refunds are decided and issued by the club. A donation to TargetScore that you added to your payment is not refunded (see Section 7).
  • Waivers. A club may ask you to sign a waiver or other document before an event. That document is an agreement between you and the club; TargetScore provides the electronic signing tool and is not a party to it. You agree that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one.

6. Club Plans (Subscriptions)

Clubs can use TargetScore on the free plan, or subscribe to a paid plan (currently Pro or Unlimited) for more features and higher limits. Each paid plan is billed monthly or yearly. The features, price and billing period are shown before you buy.

  • A plan belongs to the club, not to the person who bought it, and stays with the club if its owners change. Only a club owner can buy, change or cancel the club's plan. A club can have only one paid subscription at a time.

Plans bought in the App Store or Google Play

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. It stays with the Apple ID or Google account that bought it, so that person manages it.
  • Apple or Google handles billing and refunds under its own policies; we cannot issue refunds for these purchases.
  • If a plan comes with a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • A club cannot be deleted while its App Store or Google Play subscription is still set to renew. Cancel it first.

Plans bought on targetscore.com

  • Billed by Stripe on behalf of Pasithea Group Inc. Clubs in Canada are billed in Canadian dollars with the GST/HST for their province added; other clubs are billed in US dollars.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until it is cancelled. You can change or cancel it at any time from the club's billing page; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not refund partly used periods.

Price changes, cancellation and lapse

  • Price changes. We will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does. For App Store and Google Play subscriptions, the store's price-change rules also apply.
  • When a plan ends, the club returns to the free plan (or to a complimentary plan, if it has one). Nothing is deleted. Features beyond the club's plan stop being available for new actions, and the club's website goes offline until the club subscribes again; its address stays reserved for the club.
  • Complimentary plans. We may give a club a plan at no charge. We may end a complimentary plan with reasonable notice.
  • Changes to plans. We may change what each plan includes over time, but we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes during a period you have already paid for.

7. Donations

TargetScore is supported by voluntary donations as well as club plans. When you pay for an entry by card, you may choose to add a donation to TargetScore; the amount is up to you, and zero is always an option. The donation goes to Pasithea Group Inc., not to the club.

  • Voluntary: Donations are entirely optional and never required to use TargetScore.
  • Non-Refundable: All donations are final and non-refundable, including when a club refunds your entry.
  • No Goods or Services in Exchange: Donations do not grant any special privileges, features, or services, and are not a purchase of any product or service.
  • Use of Donations: Funds collected through donations are used for operating TargetScore, including server costs, maintenance, and new feature development.

Read more about it in our Donation Policy.

8. Communications

Using the Services means we will email you about your account and your activity on the platform — for example entry confirmations and receipts, waitlist updates, invitations, password resets and, if you organize events, notifications about entries. These service emails are part of the Services; the ones that record something you did cannot be switched off, and the others can be muted from your profile or the link in the email.

If you allow notifications on your device, the mobile app also sends push notifications, for example about your entries, upcoming events and events at clubs you follow. You can change them in the app or turn them off in your device settings.

We send marketing emails — product updates, upcoming events and results — only with your express consent, which you give by ticking the box at signup or in your profile, and which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every such email or the switch in your profile. Every marketing email identifies us as the sender and includes our mailing address. How we handle your consent and your address is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. The Mobile App

  • We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the TargetScore app on devices you own or control, under these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.
  • Apple App Store: Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app. These Terms are between you and Pasithea Group Inc., not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app, its content or its support.
  • Google Play: Google Play's terms also apply to the app.

10. Third-Party Services

Parts of the Services rely on other companies, such as Stripe for payments, Apple and Google for in-app purchases, and Apple, Google and Facebook for sign-in. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for their services. The Privacy Policy lists the providers we use.

11. Suspension, Termination and Club Deletion

  • By us. We may suspend or close an account, or restrict a club's access, if it breaks these Terms or the law, or puts other users or the Services at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close a club's access for a breach of these Terms, we do not refund its plan.
  • Deleting a club. A club owner can delete a club. The club is hidden straight away and permanently deleted, with everything in it, after 7 days; any owner can cancel the deletion before then.
  • If we stop offering the Services, we will give reasonable notice first, so you can export or save what you need.

12. Disclaimer

TargetScore is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Scores and results are entered by event organizers, and we do not guarantee that they are accurate.

We are not responsible for:

  • The outcome of any event organized using our platform.
  • The decisions of event organizers, including entries, refunds, squadding and results.
  • Any injuries, accidents, or legal issues arising from events managed through our Services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Pasithea Group Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (club plan fees and donations, not entry fees paid to clubs) and (b) CAD $100.

Some places do not allow these limits. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Pasithea Group Inc. for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your content, from events you organize, or from your breach of these Terms or the law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the consumer protection laws of the place where you live give you the right to bring a claim there.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights, or a paid plan you have, we will tell you by email or in the Services before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services and cancel any paid plan.

17. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Donation Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer these Terms to a business that takes over TargetScore; you may not transfer them without our consent.
