Add Participant
Participants are encouraged to register themselves using the Registration Form. However, there are instances where you may need to add participants manually, such as when dealing with physical forms, when a participant arrives at the event without prior registration, or when entries have already closed.

Custom Entry Forms
Every full event has its own entry form: the questions a participant answers when they register. A new event's form is empty. Until you add fields here, registration only asks for the athlete's details, the price tier and any add-ons.
Edit Event
This guide will help you edit the details of an existing event in your club. You can update information such as the event name, date, description, and other relevant details.
Enter Scores
This page is located under Manage Event > Enter Scores.
Pricing Tiers
Every event has one or more price tiers give each tier an availability window and Target Score switches between them on the dates you set.
Add-Ons
Add-Ons are the extras a shooter can buy while they register: a club t-shirt, a banquet ticket, a boxed lunch. Each one has its own price, its own quantity limit and its own line on the invoice, so it is itemised in Accounting and never mixed into the entry fee. Entry fees themselves come from Pricing Tiers.
Export to Shot Marker
This section explains how to Export Participants and Match Information to Shot Marker.
Manage Participants List
This section guides you on how to manage participants entries in your event, including editing participant details, exporting participant lists, and handling their status.
Manage Team Matches
The Team Management system in TargetScore provides a comprehensive solution for managing team-based competitions. This unified interface allows you to create teams, assign them to matches, and track their performance throughout your event.
Categorize Participants
Target Score by default provides Age Group, Gender, Division, and Classification as participant categories. However, you can create custom categories to better organize participants for prizes, awards, or reporting as per your Club or Event requirements.
Participant Groups
Participant Groups allow you to group participants into custom groups for concurrent Team Matches and prize distribution. If you just want to categorize the users, use Participant Categories.

Activity History
Activity History is the timeline of everything that happened to an entry: who approved it, who edited it and what they changed, notes, payments and refunds, withdrawals, waitlist invites and waiver events. With several organisers on an event, it answers "who did this, and when?".
Accounting & Invoices
Every registration creates an order, the participant's invoice, the moment the entry is submitted. It snapshots the price tier, add-ons, taxes and any processing fee and never changes afterwards; payments, refunds and credit notes are recorded against it. The Accounting page shows what was sold, what has come in, and who still owes.
