Prize List (Aggregates)

Overview

The Prize List feature allows you to create official aggregate results for your event. Aggregates are combinations of participant details, categories, groups, and match details that provide a summarized view of results. By default, Target Score offers visitors options like Day, Division, Classification, Match Group, Distance, Gender, Age, and Countries to view results. However, if you want to publish official aggregate results, you can create a custom aggregate prize list. This will replace the default options on the results page.

Steps to Create an Aggregate Prize List

  1. Navigate to Prize List
Under the Manage Event section, click on Prize List.

  2. Select the Event
If the event is not already selected, choose the event for which you want to create the aggregate.

  3. Provide a Name
Enter a name for the aggregate. This name will help identify the aggregate in the system.

  4. Add a Description
Write a description for the aggregate. This description will appear at the top of the results page when this aggregate is selected.

  5. Choose Options
Select the relevant options for the aggregate. Keep the selection minimal to ensure faster system performance.

  • For example, if you want to create a day aggregate, select either the Day or the Matches on that date. You don't need to select both.
  • If the aggregate includes all items in a specific option, you don't need to select anything for that option. By default, it will include all.
  1. Create the Aggregate
Once all details are filled in, click Create to finalize the aggregate.

Example

If you want to create a day-specific aggregate:

  • Select the Day or the Matches for that date.
  • Avoid selecting both to keep the configuration simple and efficient.
  • If the aggregate includes all participants or matches for that day, leave the selection blank for those options.

By following these steps, you can create a custom aggregate prize list that provides a clear and official summary of results for your event.
