Combined Results (Awards Sheet)
Overview
Combined Results is the sheet you read out at prize-giving and pin to the clubhouse wall: one page with every shooter, grouped by division and then by classification, where each score shows the awards it won.

You generate the sheet from your scores, correct any remark by hand, save it and publish it. Visitors see the published sheet, with the time it was published, at the top of your event's results.
Combined Results is in beta. It works on your live scores and you decide when anything is published, but we are still refining it. If something looks wrong, a total or an award you did not expect, or you need an option that is missing, please contact us. Tell us the event and what you expected to see; it helps us fix it quickly.
Visitors see the published sheet on your event's results page under the name Final Results & Awards.
Where to Find It
- Event Dashboard: select your event, then open Combined Results in the Event Setup section, next to Prize List.
- Results page: when you are signed in as an owner or manager of the club, your event's results page shows a Final Results & Awards panel with a Generate Combined Results button (it reads Edit Combined Results once a sheet exists).
How Awards Are Worked Out
For every score column, within each division:
- Match Winners (
*MW) are the top shooters of the whole division, all classifications together. With more than one they are numbered:*1MW,*2MW,*3MW. - Classification places (
*1HM,*2HM, ...) come next. Match Winners are left out, so the best High Master who did not win the match is 1st High Master. - Category awards (
*1Sr,*1Mil, ...) are ranked among the shooters in that category across the whole division. They are given on top of any other award, so a Match Winner can also be 1st Senior, and a shooter in two categories can win in both.
Ties are broken by the same countback as your results. If two shooters cannot be separated, they share the place, the next place is skipped, and the remarks are flagged so you can decide.
A shooter without a score in a column gets no remark there. A shooter without a classification can win the match or a category, but not a classification place.
Settings

| Score columns | Tick the matches and aggregates (a Day, one of your own) that become columns. Awards are worked out in every column. A Grand column is added last automatically: it is the total of everything you ticked, and shooters are listed by it, highest first. A match is counted once, even if you tick both the match and an aggregate that contains it. Team matches and warm-ups cannot be columns. |

| Tournament group | Adds one more section that ranks all divisions together, for tournament winners. |
| Divisions | Give two or more divisions the same group (A, B, ...) to make them compete together, with one set of Match Winners. Use this for divisions too small to stand alone, for example Bench-Challenger with F-Production. |
| Classifications | Give classifications the same group to put them in one table with one set of places, for example Expert / Sharp Shooter / Greenshot, and name the group and its abbreviation. For a classification on its own you can change the abbreviation printed after the place. |
| Category awards | Tick the categories that win prizes (your participant categories and the age categories), and set the abbreviation and the number of places for each. |
Only divisions, classifications and categories that your entries actually use are listed.
Step by Step
1. Check the settings
Open Combined Results. The first time, Sheet settings is open and every match is ticked. Adjust the settings to match how your club awards prizes. Once a sheet exists the settings are folded away; click Show to open them again.
2. Generate
Click Generate Combined Results. The sheet appears below: a section per division, and inside it a table per classification.
3. Correct remarks by hand
Every remark is an editable field. Click into it to change it, for example *1HM to *2MW, or to add a comment of your own. Press Enter or click elsewhere to keep the change. A changed remark gets a blue outline and a Reset link that brings back the suggested remark.
4. Save
Click Save. This stores your settings and the sheet together as a draft. Nothing is visible to the public yet. The page shows You have unsaved changes until you save.
5. Publish
Click Publish. The sheet now appears at the top of your event's results as Final Results & Awards, with the time it was published. Publish is only available once your changes are saved, because it publishes the saved draft.
6. Print
Click Print on this page or on the public sheet. Menus and buttons are left out of the printout, and the event name is printed as the title.
Unpublish takes the public sheet down again without touching your draft.
Saving and publishing are separate on purpose. You can keep editing and saving a draft after you have published; the public keeps seeing the published sheet until you click Publish again. The page tells you when your draft has changes that are not published.
When Scores Change
When a score is entered or corrected after you generated the sheet, you see Scores changed - you might want to regenerate the combined results, both on this page and on your event's results page.
Click Regenerate. Your hand edits are kept wherever the shooter's score in that column is unchanged. Where a score did change, the new suggested remark replaces yours and the remark is flagged:
- Score changed: your old remark was set aside. Restore brings it back, Accept keeps the new one.
- Suggestion changed: your remark was kept, but someone else's score moved the places, so the suggestion is now different. Check it and Accept.
- Tie: the place is shared. Edit the remark or Accept.
Then Save and Publish again. If you publish while remarks are still flagged, you are asked to confirm.
Only score changes are detected. If you change a participant's division, classification or category after generating, regenerate the sheet yourself.
The published sheet is a snapshot. Names, categories and remarks stay exactly as they were when you generated, until you regenerate and publish again. If you change which divisions compete together, hand edits in those divisions cannot be carried over; you are told how many before anything is replaced.
Working With Another Organiser
If another organiser saves or publishes the sheet while you have it open, your next save is refused rather than overwriting their work. Reload the page to continue from their version.
